Needing to jump
Sometimes I have tourettes and can't stop jumping up and down uncontrollably. My friends ask me "why are you jumping up and down for hours on end?" and I'm like "I don't know. I am a compulsive jumper." Rebuke me daddy!

That is unacceptable. You are known by who and how you love. You are choosing to love your Xbox over your family and your vocation.
I have a nervous habit of picking at my nails and cuticles which leaves my fingers covered in scabs. It's so bad that it has me distracted in Church. Rebuke me as my husband does.
